The upcoming zombies mode was born out of a collaboration with Capcom for Resident Evil 2 and PUBG mobile which first released on January 25 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Windows version.
PUBG Mobile finally launched the latest Zombies Mode and Resident Evil 2 beta update last week. Now in recent news, PUBG will be releasing the latest Zombies Mode final update 0.11.0 by the first week of February 2019. In a YouTube video, the zombies mode update will be rolling out to all users before February 2019. The upcoming zombies mode was born out of a collaboration with Capcom for Resident Evil 2 and PUBG mobile which first released on January 25 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Windows version.
The current PUBG Mobile beta update lets players experience the latest Zombie mode, the Resident Evil 2 main menu theme and more. The online game PUBG Mobile has become one of the most popular for smartphones is known for getting quick updates as well as new additions to keep the gameplay interesting.

The gamer has also mentioned in the video that there will another yet to be announced mode since the 0.11.0 beta update changelog mentions only the zombie mode, also called as Resident Evil: Sunset.

Coming to the Zombies Mode in PUBG Mobile 0.11.0 update, the gameplay is called Sunset and will be available only on Erangel. With the Zombies, the gameplay will become even tougher as hordes of zombies will be thrown at the players with every new wave increasingly difficult than the previous one.
As of now, Tencent has not commented officially as to when the final update for zombie mode will be released. If it does land up next week, you are in for a treat.
PUBG Mobile 0.11.0 beta update new features
- Added RE2: Sunset time-limited event mode has been added where players will fight to survive as usual on Erangel, however, Zombies and Bosses from Resident Evil 2 will also spawn on the map. Killing them will get players more resources and items.
- Sanhok available in Arcade - Quick Match.
- Damage stacking outside of safe zone has been brought from PC to PUBG Mobile. Players will incur more damage depending on how far away they are from the safe zone.
- Air raid adjustment has also been brought to PUBG Mobile In Sanhok and Vikendi maps, where the size of the air raid area will be reduced alongside the safe zone.
- Resident Evil 2 main menu theme and music added to the platform
- Moonlight weather added to Vikendi Map on PUBG Mobile.
- Personal Spaces will display player information and Connections in PUBG Mobile. You can Select a friend as ‘Partner’ with Synergy 400 or above in order to stand by your side in your Space.
- Push-to-talk chat added in PUBG Mobile matches.
